Warranty and Return Policy:

1. Any malfunction caused by misuse of the device, moisture, liquid ingress, external or internal breakage, is not covered by this warranty and will not be covered or remedied under the warranty.

2. The warranty period for the WAJADTUHA device is one year, calculated from the date of purchase, including manufacturing defects exclusively.

3. Returns are allowed within 3 days, provided that the outer packaging is in its original condition without damaging the product seal affixed to the edge of the case cap, and the customer shall bear the return fees.

4. Replacement and retrieval are not acceptable in the event that there is a malfunction in any of the device’s readings, such as reading the vehicle’s temperature, gasoline, or battery…etc. The reading of the device works depending on the type of vehicle and the condition and number of satellites and is not a defect in the device.

5. In the event that you are entitled to return the device, the amount will be returned to the customer via bank deposit and not in cash, and the process of returning the amount takes 15-21 working days

 (In case the purchase is in cash, the customer will be contacted to transfer the amount to his personal bank account).

6. To obtain warranty services for the customer, replacement, return or cancellation of the order, please contact customer service and request to open a report so that you can be verified and informed as soon as possible, through one of the following channels Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm:
