WAJADTUHA System (brand name wholly owned by Global Security Technology LCC) is a family-oriented service based on Global Security Technology LLC platform, combining a modern self-diagnostic device with a mobile application, and contributes to Turn your car into a smart, connected and accessible vehicle for the whole family. WAJADTUHA will provide you with basic real-time information regarding the location, condition and status of the vehicle, as well as monitoring it directly from your mobile application. The whole family can share the car by scheduling trips and booking the driver. In order to provide these valuable services, WAJADTUHA System collects information about your vehicle and driving habits and uses this information to determine ways you can save on vehicle repairs, insurance and other similar services. We do not share collected information about you or your driving habits with third parties who offer these special offers unless you tell us to do so. You can control whether or not your information is shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Family or friends of others, at your request, we may share information about your profile, information about your geographic location and driving habits with members of groups that you create or join. You decide whether or not this information is shared and with whom.

You can also choose not to accept invitations to participate from other users, or to leave an account or group.
Vehicle Based location data
You can disable the vehicle's location data collection by disconnecting the vehicle's found system hardware from the vehicle. This is expected to disable all vehicle-related capabilities within the service but can easily be resumed when choosing to reconnect the device. You can also choose not to invite any other friends or family members to your found system sharing network, which helps ensure that your vehicle's location is never shared with anyone else.
Finally, you always have the option to cancel the service at which point the device stops collecting data and any existing personal data is removed from the system.
Diagnostics and driving measurements
Diagnostic codes and driving data are collected as long as the device is connected and in an active state. But this information is shared explicitly only by the user, either with their social network, such as sharing details about the trip they took, or with the merchant who may request data in order to place an offer.

Where applicable, you may modify your preferences about how we communicate with you by updating your profile or settings within your account on the Authenticated Foundry System or by contacting us. Service separation
The company may terminate the service in the following cases:
a. The customer’s failure to pay any invoice during the prescribed period, despite sending two reminder messages after that date, and each of them gives the customer an additional week after the date shown in the invoice before suspending the service. The company shall send to the customer a written notice to the customer before the service is cut off.
b. In the event that the customer exceeds the balance limit agreed upon between the customer and the company.
c. In the event that the service is interrupted due to an emergency technician, the service will be suspended temporarily for a period of time until the fault is fixed.
d. In the event of upgrading, modifying or repairing the network or systems, the service may be suspended temporarily until the work is completed. The customer may request the company to suspend the service temporarily, and in that case the company may collect fees in exchange for that suspension, provided that the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority has given a prior written consent to collect those fees.
Limitation of Liability
1. Either party shall be liable for any delay in performance or failure to perform the provisions of this Agreement for reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, act of God, flood or other disaster, or governmental or legal restrictions on business which imposed by any civil or military authority, national emergencies, revolutions, riots, wars, strikes, lockouts, work stoppages or other work related hardships. In the event of any of these matters, the party unable to perform its duty shall give notice to the other party, and the party unable to perform its duty shall be allowed to delay performance for the duration of the continuation of the emergency. If the suspension of performance was caused by a compelling reason that exceeds a period of two months, either party may terminate this agreement.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including loss or damage, incurred by the Customer as a result of a defect in the equipment and/or any interruption or inefficiency of the Service, including the delay in providing the service or the delay in carrying out repairs at any time other than in cases caused by negligence or misbehaving.
