Delivery Policy

1. The WAJADTUHA system is shipped only within the Sultanate of Oman.

2. Shipping time within the Sultanate of Oman: 2-8 working days (due to high demand)

3. Once the order is confirmed from our website, an email will be sent containing the entire order data. Once the order has been shipped, the shipping provider will contact you to confirm the address and delivery,

4. The customer has the right to change the delivery data before the shipment goes out for delivery without calculating any additional fees.

5. The company is not responsible for a delay or non-arrival of the order in the event:

• Failure to complete all the data from the client, such as the location and contact numbers of the beneficiary.

• The beneficiary did not respond to the order.
